i simply do not know how to react to it!

decide to went for a walk, brought ice creams, sat down somewhere.

watery eyes, unable to fall... trying to control it..dazing around.

she was reported missing on 01 june 2008

and end of second week of June, police found a body,

we were being informed to go and recognised the body,

police say: body was found at kranji reservoir,

body was been soak for about 5 days, she was found naked,

with multiple injuries on her body.

relative say: her body was beyond recognition,body all bloated up.

they did a thumbprint match, the thumprint was like fadded.

so have to do a DNA, waited for a week n now they confirm it's her.

i wonder what really happen to her? really hope she can rest in peace!

tomorrow is e cremation ceremony, only adults attending.

ATTN ATTN LADIES~!

anyone wanna slim down?

i have this package which i applied at cenosis roadshow!

but i don't need it! so i need to find someone to take over my position!

i still have the receipt with me.

i paid a deposit of $400 plus $28 for GST

i have this slimming package that go like this:

it's a 10 session of E-slim and 10 session of heat wrap!

total amt for this 20 session is $688, GST $48.16

usual price:$2200++

n it's not only at certain area but for full body!

what is E-slim and heat wrap?

E-slim - A passive exercise, toning of the muscles after slimming. 20 mins of this treatment is equal to 360 times of sit-ups.

Heat Wrap - Special formula, to improve circulation, raises body temperature so that perspiration is induced. Stimulates fat catabolism on localized fat, generalized obesity(fat) and cellulite. Generally, it is a detoxification therapy.

Choice A

You will take over my position so u have to pay me back my deposit which is $400, GST $28,

thn pay cenosis $288, GST $20.16. so YOU will be going for the slimming package! you have to pay cenosis the balance money before 6 month onward frm 25 mar 08 till 25 sept 2008. once you done with payment you can start to do the slimming programme. you can choose to pay by instalment but that is by credit card ard $57 per month over 12 months. interest free, but you have to pay cenosis extra $50 for converting the payment to instalment.

Choice B

*Half Half*

means both YOU n I will go for the slimming package, so instead of 10 session of E-slim n 10 session of heat wrap, we will be going for 5 session of E-slim n 5 session of heat wrap. so you will have to pay me $59.92 cox of i paid deposit plus GST, so have to pay cenosis bal of $308.16 . basiclly everything is "half". you have to pay cenosis the balance money before 6 month onward frm 25 mar 08 till 25 sept 2008. once you done with payment you can start to do the slimming programme.

This was how i felt the whole day!
Had a bad blurping day today!
And this was the first time i blurp for more than a 100 times!

"burping is due to muscle spasm of your diaphragm."
it can be due to irritation of the phrenic nerve.

-colleague around your age
-time past by faster

CON!
-pass report, finish work late
-no office hour
-no ph leave
-no gurantee sun off
-no half day on sat
-too many things to do
-may not have time to makan
-too many imh patient
-certain days after work still must attend TALKS!

why clinic?

PRO!
-office hours
-not so busy as ward
-learn new skills
-off on sun n ph
-sat alternate week off

CON!
-psa can do what AN are doing
-no meal allowance
-work like a dish washer
-too many instrument to remember
-experience compare to ward.. INSUFFICIENT
-less change for upgrade

how i miss the times as a student!

THERE SEEM TO BE A WRONG MAP IN MY MIND!

i just can't seems to be sure of what i really want in life!
the routes in front of me are all filled with mist.. super thick fog!

my life seems to be filled with not much of a happiness now....
i miss the times at toys R us... i can totally me myself!
my self so carefree, ppl to talk to , comfort, n everything nice there!
i miss the the PEEPZ at there!

how i wish to be a student again!
really do regret not studying hard for my studies in the past!
even in ite.. i do not study too!
if i did perhaps GPA 3.5 shouldn't be a problem too!
if i put enough effort for my pri n sec sch i may not be in this state!

so all boys n girls better study hard! work hard now and enjoy life later!
